We had a lovely 2-week stay at Forum. the personnel were great, the beds and mattresses were amazing, and the shower/toilet area was super clean. the common area/kitchen was also great, and the location was very good.
Special shoutout to Akasisha, she's the diamond of this hostel. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property 🙂.

Great views of the city from the hostel. Convenient amenities, like free Wi-Fi and a TV in the common area. Plus a roundtrip airport shuttle – because who doesn't love a good shuttle?
Oh, just loved being asked about checking out when I still had three hours left. Also, my room had a non-working hair dryer.

I was initially hesitant about finding the entrance, but once I followed the directions and found The Shoreditch restaurant, I easily found the hostel at the back. The staff at Forum Hostel were extremely helpful and spoke English. The facilities were new and well-maintained, with spacious showers and even a hairdryer. I loved the privacy curtains on the beds and the large lockers in the rooms. The fast wifi and mini supermarket nearby were also convenient. I had a great time at Forum Hostel and would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at Hostel Forum! The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The concept of conserving food by using leftovers from previous guests was truly amazing and helped reduce food wastage. The hostel had a homely atmosphere, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The English-speaking staff were always friendly and made me feel welcome. The facilities, including the toilets and kitchen, were well-equipped and maintained. I highly recommend this hostel!
Although the wifi speed could have been better, it didn't hinder my overall experience.

I really liked the comfortable and clean room at this hostel. The beds had curtains for privacy and there were shelves and a reading lamp nearby. The shower cabins were modern and spacious. Another thing I enjoyed was the complementary tea, coffee, water, and cookies in the cozy common area. The staff was incredibly sweet and friendly, which made me feel cared for as a guest.
One downside was that the hostel was located at the back of the building, making it a bit difficult to find. Also, there were no nearby places to eat, which was a bit inconvenient.

As a senior woman, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming and comfortable atmosphere of the hostel. The decoration and design were lovely, creating a warm and inviting space for all guests. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like myself. The hostel's central location in the heart of the Yesil District allowed for convenient exploration of the surrounding area, with cultural highlights such as the Kazakhstan Central Concert Hall and Schoolchildren's Palace just a short distance away. The children working there were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
If I were to suggest an improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be helpful if the children working at the hostel could provide a board with local information. This could include details about the nearest shops, restaurants, exchange offices, and taxi phone numbers, as well as recommendations for downloading a public transport app.

We recently stayed at a hostel in Nur-Sultan and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and the location was great. We particularly enjoyed the cozy home feel and the well-equipped kitchen. The staff, although different each day, were nice, helpful, and spoke good English. The complimentary cookies, tea, coffee, and cocoa were a nice touch. The hostel also provided free food and shampoo, which was convenient. The environment was safe, with multiple keys provided for access. we highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nur-Sultan.

The hostel had a great location, with many attractions within walking distance. It was conveniently located next to a British-style pub where we enjoyed a few evening drinks. it was close to malls which made shopping very convenient. the hostel was also easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop right in front of the building. the room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a spacious private bathroom.
We did experience some noise disturbances from other guests during the night.
